We believe one of the best ways to develop leadership
is to witness and engage in it first hand.
WELD creates opportunities for women to hold leadership positions across a wide platform of committees. From committee member spots to program leaders to board of directors positions, there are many ways to develop new skills, learn from others, and refine existing strengths.
